At Mariners Learning System, we want you to be completely satisfied with your maritime-inspired apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
